Lionhead Golf & Country Club:
Lionhead has established a reputation for excellence. Designed and groomed to excite every level of golfer, Lionhead offers its guests one of Ontario’s finest golfing experiences on two championship courses.

The first hole on the Legends course has a green complex shaped into a “Lion’s Paw” and its claws have tested golfers of all calibers from around the world for the past 20 years. This is just the start to the famous Legends course that has a slope of 155, creating a golf experience that you will never forget. Small undulating putting surfaces, tight tree lined fairways, cavernous bunkers and the Credit river that flows through or beside 14 out of 18 holes will leave most golfers speechless at the end of the round.

The Masters course has been coined the ‘kinder and gentler’ layout at Lionhead. Please don’t let this fool you. Sloped at 146, it is a more traditional design harmonizing with the natural surroundings of forest and rolling hills that will sneak up and completely blindside you. A solid mixture of over 100 well placed bunkers, 9 ponds and 2 rivers make each hole distinctive and an unforgettable experience. This course designed by Architect Ted Baker requires distance off the tee with a premium on accuracy, your approach to large inviting greens are always guarded extremely well by water or bunkers. The traditions of golf have been uniquely captured in this layout and will provide a test to every level of golfer.
