2025 AdClub OOH Showdown Submission Categories + Details

Campaign Submission information required:
- Client /Advertiser:
- Campaign Name:
- Media Agency ; Creative Agency: optional
- Media Planner & Media Buyer Names (*Compulsory) → the goal of this event is to engage more Planners and Brands
- Vendors/ Sales Rep
- Dates of Campaign
- Category Being Submitted (*Mandatory).
- Submissions may only be submitted into 1 category. *NEW*
- Story/objective of campaign
- Assets included
- Results, Estimated Impressions, etc. (optional)
- Short summary of campaign – 100 words max
- Photos/videos – limit videos to 45 secs and photos to 10mb each.
- *Mandatory: Minimum 1 Hero Jpg for Slideshow (Horizontal 16:9) High Res
- Videos are optional, max 45 secs.
- NOTES: If sending transfer links – make sure they don’t expire before 60 days
- Client approval: Please ensure the client is aware of the submission.
Categories for 2025
All campaigns must have been planned in Canada.
A campaign may be submitted in only 1 category
- *NEW* Campus: any campaign on campus; could include mixed Media.
- *NEW* Resto-Bar: any campaign in Resto-Bar; could include mixed Media.
- *NEW* Elevator: any campaign in elevators, static or digital; could include mixed Media.
- *NEW* VIDEO /Long Format: any video format over :15 seconds.
- Street Level/Transit Shelter: Static or digital advertising displays at street level Includes transit shelters, street furniture, postering and columns
- Transit/Transportation: All advertising within stations or on transit vehicles, taxis, trucks, cars, dedicated advertising vehicles, pedicabs, rickshaws, bicycles and other moving vehicles.
- *NEW* Activations: Any Experiential Activation, ex. in Malls, Stations, Squares, Communities, Food Trucks, Sampling, Interactive Displays etc.
- Large Format Static Billboard: Static printed or painted advertising displays of size 10′; x 10′; or larger (outdoor or indoor). Includes horizontal and vertical posters, bulletins and wall mural ads. Includes horizontal and vertical posters, bulletins, and wall mural ads. May also include Static Extensions.
- Large Format Digital Billboard (excluding 3D/Anamorphic etc.): Digital static, full-motion video displays of size 10′; x 10′; or larger (outdoor or indoor).
- Large Format Billboard Digital 3D/Forced Perspective/Anamorphic/Augmented Reality: Digital displays of size 10′; x 10′; or larger (outdoor or indoor).
- *NEW* Multi-Format: Any combination of three or more of the above out-of-home advertising categories within one campaign.
DEADLINE: All submissions are due to OOHSubmissions@adclub.ca no later than Friday, October 3rd. Submissions may include campaigns that were executed from September 2024 – September 2025.
