Ola Haffar often shares that “marketing found her” instead of the other way around. A graduate of finance, she started her marketing journey by fluke doing B2C OOH marketing for a popular medical journal across the Middle East.
That interest in marketing was amplified and shifted towards the technology aspects of marketing when she worked at Booking.com. She became very engaged with the product, and curious to learn how front-end and back-end connect, together with the user experience, and journey mapping.
That prompted her to make a career switch from finance and go back to learn more about brand management and marketing strategy. Throughout her studies, she was involved in many volunteering and networking events, and that is when she got introduced to AdClub to eventually become a Committee Member responsible for communications in 2021
Her career in MarTech and Data intelligence kicked off around the same time at Publicis Media where she gained knowledge in data management platforms and worked on big brands like Samsung, Under Armour, Starbucks, and more. In 2025, she got an exciting offer to join BrainLabs as a GMP Senior Marketing Specialist working closely with Google products and learning about campaign execution and media buying.
As someone who values relationship building and nourishing professional network, she has aptly become the Communications Director at AdClub responsible for managing the website, newsletters, and events.
In her free time, Ola loves photography and has flirted with it as a side hustle.
