Wednesday, September 26th, The Advertising Club of Toronto and NABS are proud to present their third co-branded “Mindful Mornings” Breakfast Series, which will focus on leadership.

High performing teams share one common attribute: outstanding leadership. How do we encourage employees to work collaboratively so that they not only bring in their best every day, but also bring out the best in others? How do we create high performing teams that may be required to work in difficult operational environments?

The new science of human potential and over a decade of scientific research has clearly shown that organizations that put employee well-being as a core leadership function perform up to 40% better than other organizations, both operationally AND financially.

The Science of Happiness & Human Potential

This presentation focuses on how to get the best out of teams, creating an environment that focuses on developing accountability and ownership at every-level and fostering employees to fulfill their full potential. We will cover what brings out the best in people at an individual level, including: self care, fostering teamwork, and creating shared meaning and purpose to our daily sacrifice to accomplish common missions. We will also focus on how to create a resilient workplace and how leaders (at every level) can become stewards that take organizational change from scary to exciting for employees with particular focus on driving high levels of engagement by giving employees a high sense of ownership and decisional authority, and fostering leadership potential at every level.

We will inspire you to bring your best every day, contribute to a positive environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration, and making sure that our impact on others is positive rather than negative.
